Terms and Conditions

This English version is provided for your convenience. The legally binding text is the German one — in case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to all orders placed with Amca's Kebab at amcas.de. The provider and your contractual partner is Holz3 GmbH, Nachtigalstraße 29, 80638 München. The food is prepared at the branch at Schubertstraße 6, 82194 Gröbenzell.

2. How the contract comes about

The dishes shown in this shop are not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By completing the checkout you make a binding offer. The contract comes about as soon as we confirm the order or begin preparing it.

3. Pickup

Pickup orders are ready from the time stated. Please collect your order within 30 minutes — after that we cannot guarantee its quality. Payment is made when ordering; there is nothing left to pay at the counter.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the following areas, on the following terms:

• 82194 Gröbenzell — delivery fee €3.50, minimum order €20.00
• 82178 Puchheim — delivery fee €3.50, minimum order €20.00
• 81249 München-Aubing — delivery fee €3.50, minimum order €20.00
• 82140 Olching — delivery fee €3.50, minimum order €20.00
• 82275 Emmering — delivery fee €3.50, minimum order €20.00
• 82223 Eichenau — delivery fee €3.50, minimum order €20.00
• 81245 München-Pasing — delivery fee €3.50, minimum order €20.00
• 82110 Germering — delivery fee €3.50, minimum order €20.00
• 81241 München-Pasing — delivery fee €3.50, minimum order €20.00

Stated delivery times are approximate. When we are busy, in bad weather or when traffic is disrupted it may take longer. We deliver to the address given; please make sure you can be reached on the phone number you provided.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Payment is made in full in advance through the secure checkout of our service provider Shopify — by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, as you choose. We do not accept cash on pickup or delivery: every order is cooked fresh for you, and without prepayment a genuine order could not be told apart from a prank.

6. Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for freshly prepared food. The details are on the Right of Withdrawal page.

7. Warranty and complaints

Statutory warranty rights apply. Please report any complaint by phone immediately after receiving your order: 089 20001270.

8. Allergens and additives

Information about allergens and additives in our food is available by phone or in the shop. Please tell us about any intolerances before ordering.

9. Final provisions

German law applies. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
