Right of Withdrawal

This English version is provided for your convenience. The legally binding text is the German one — in case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.

No right of withdrawal for freshly prepared food

There is no right of withdrawal for orders placed in this shop. The reason is section 312g (2) of the German Civil Code: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that may spoil quickly or whose use-by date would soon be exceeded, nor to the supply of food and drink at a specified time.

Every dish is cooked fresh for you once your order comes in. Returns are therefore not possible.

If something is wrong

Your statutory warranty rights are unaffected. If there is anything wrong with your order, please call us straight away: 089 20001270. We will sort it out right there and then.

Changing or cancelling an order

As long as preparation has not started, you can change or cancel your order by phone. Food that has already been prepared cannot be taken back.
